Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered. We do not provide refunds or accept returns for change of mind.

 

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, unsoiled, and untampered

  • All product tags and labels must be intact

  • Products purchased during sales or at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange

  • Customized products are not eligible for exchange

  • Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled

 

Manufacturing Defects

 

Manufacturing defects that qualify for exchange include:

  • Holes or tears in the fabric

  • Scratches or damage

  • Significant color variations from the approved sample

Please Note:

  • Slight variations in color and pattern are normal due to production processes and are not considered defects

  • Digital representations of products may vary slightly from actual products due to screen settings

 

Documentation Required

When requesting an exchange, please provide:

  1. Invoice number

  2. Clear photographs or videos showing:

    • Complete product

    • Close-up shots of the defect/issue

    • Overall condition of the product

  3. Detailed description of the issue

 

Exchange Process

  1. Email your exchange request with required proof and details

  2. Our quality team will inspect the claim within 72 hours of receiving complete documentation

  3. If approved, replacement items will be processed immediately

  4. For quantity discrepancies, the balance quantity will be shipped after verification

 

Multiple Item Orders

  • For orders containing multiple items, only defective items are eligible for exchange

  • Each item will be evaluated separately

  • Non-defective items in the order are not eligible for exchange
